I still haven't received my order, even though it was marked as delivered. I contacted your team around a month ago, and an investigation was started, but I haven't received any updates since then.
At this point, it feels like I've paid for something I never received. While the order was only around £20, it's frustrating to be left without any communication or resolution. It's not really about the money—it's about the lack of customer service.
I originally found your brand through a friend, who recommended your perfumes, and I genuinely liked the fragrance. I was hoping to become a regular customer, but this experience has made it difficult to trust placing future orders if missing deliveries aren't resolved or communicated properly.
I would appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible. I would be happy with either a replacement being sent or a full refund. I simply want a fair resolution and an update on what has happened with my order.

Very nice scent. Smells spicier at the start and has a high vetiver hit at the beginning. Once sprayed, after a few mins it definitely settles into the same scent profile as Sauvage Elixir. And the strong opening vetiver hit disappears after as few days of use. And no headache inducing Ambroxan in the scent. Which is abundant in original Sauvage. But Elixir is so different and nicer and this smells just like it. I think people think Sauvage and Elixir are the same scent profile. They're not. I can't wear original Sauvage because of Ambroxan. After a few weeks and a couple of shakes to get it those scent bubbles through it , it has matured nicely. It's a lot stronger than the much hyped smell-a-like Asad Lataffa on Fragrantica. A lot nicer!!

This stuff is amazing as you see in my picture under the box for Wild One Elixir I have the real McCoy Dior Sauvage Elixir and I bought wild one elixir to spray more on my clothes so I don't waste the real version if it was up to scratch as I certainly wouldn't spray a fake perfume aside the real McCoy's if it didn't match at least ninety five percent to the original scent. I was blown away with how close it is to the real scent that I immediately came back to put in another order for another three fragrances. And they scents impressed me just as much as this did. wow. i collect fragrances and a select few hold lots of memories, firstly lord george by penhaligons reminds me of my times in paris last april, so i bought the dupe from here a couple weeks ago and was so impressed that i had to come back and buy the elixir too as i wore it in iceland and it ran out, i am so impressed as it smells identical and is very strong just like the real thing, its so good im convinced that they are just putting the original stuff in their bottles, i would absolutely reccomend it and it is ten times better than that sh*tty essence vault one, dont but from essence vault buy from amour its ten times better
