Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Friday.

We cannot always guarantee delivery within our normal timescales to rural areas or if we are experiencing severe weather conditions. We will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

UNDELIVERED ITEMS

If an item fails to arrive with you after being dispatched by ourselves, we have to wait 30 working days from the date of dispatch before we can offer a refund or redelivery of that item.

This is due to the fact our couriers will not consider an item lost until this point, so it is still likely that the item will still arrive.

If the item doesn’t arrive within this period, we will ask you to sign and return a form confirming that you have not received your order before we process a refund or a redelivery.

Please note that any non-delivered items must be reported to us in writing or email within 10 days of despatch. Any issue reported to us outside of this time period will not be able to be refunded or replaced.

Return Policy

We are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange if the product you are returning is in a fully resale-able condition i.e. unopened and unused, and the return is made within 30 days. Please send us a email on info@amourscents.com (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 – 5 working days.

What type of fragrances do you sell?

All our products are Eau de Parfum (EDP).

Do you offer free samples?

Unfortunately, we don’t. You can purchase the lowest ML we currently have for a small price. If you are un-satisfied, (which I am sure you won’t be!) Please do not hesitate to Contact Us.

Where should I spray my fragrance?

You can wear a fragrance anywhere, but it’s always a good idea to spray on your pulse points (the wrist and neck). These areas are generally warmer which then helps project the fragrance so people are more likely to be able to sense how good you smell!

Which one is better, Spray or Oil?

Both the oil and the spray versions are created with the same fragrance formula, at high concentration, However, the alcohol in the sprays does make certain ingredients “pop” more or seem sharper, with oil, it tends to last longer and keeps your skin stay hydrated. Overall people prefer what they choose and it's all up to you.

How Identical are your perfumes compared to the original ones?

We aim to deliver extraordinary quality for our customers to make sure they are satisfied. Our identical rate is above 90%.

How long do your Sprays/Oil last? 

Our Sprays last for at least 9-12 hours. Our Oils last for approximately 12-16 hours. 

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. At latest, before 48 hours. If orders are placed on the weekend, all orders will be dispatched on Monday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your parcel within 4-7 working days.

How can I check the status of my order?

Do you ship international?

Unfortunately no, we only ship in the UK.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

If your order hasn’t already been dispatched, we may be able to make changes to your order. Please Contact Us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can.
